Product Description

Composition.
Butafosfan              100 mg
Vitamin B₁₂             0,05 mg
Solvent up to          1 ml

Action.
The product is a phosphorus compound, used as source of injectable phosphorus in animals, that takes part in energy metabolism, restores phosphorus levels in the blood, maintains liver function, muscle tone and heart. Vitamin B₁₂ participates in all metabolic processes (first of all to the formation of red cells), stimulates the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins.

Target species. Equines, cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, cats, poultry.

Indications.
In metabolism disorders caused by poor nutrition, problems with development and feed of young animals due to diseases presence in the early stages of development.
Metaphylaxis of puerperal diseases and as a support of infertility treatment.
As complementary therapy in tetanus and paresis together with Ca / Mg therapy.
As a tonic in stressful cases, effort, fatigue and decreased body resistance.
Supports neuromuscular tone in cases of weakening and exhaustion.

Method of administration and dosage.
The product is administered intravenously (slowly), intramuscularly, subcutaneously, according to body weight in: horses and cattle 10 – 25 ml, foals and calves – 5 – 12 ml, sheep and goats 2.5 – 8 ml, lambs and yeanling – 1.5 – 2.5 ml, swine 2.5 – 10 ml, infant piglets 1 – 2.5 ml, dogs and cats 0.5 – 5 ml. For chronic diseases, 50% of the dose indicated above will be used. If necessary, the dose can be repeated after 1 – 2 weeks.
In birds is given once daily for 5 consecutive days in drinking water, in doses: adult birds 2 – 3 ml / 1 liter of water, for youth birds 1 – 1.5 ml / 1 liter of water.

Presentation. Vials of 10 ml and 50 ml.
